About Me
As I said on the home page, I'm just an average guy by most accounts. I love the Lord and my family, I try to be a good friend and a good person, and I try to treat others the way I'd like to be treated. I try to follow the plans God has for me, and share His love with those He brings into my path.
I have many interests, and enjoy making things. I enjoy:
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
I'm pretty well versed in many areas, and have spent most of my professional life in one aspect of management or another. In August of 2022 I was honored with the responsibility of moving into a pastoral role at my home church, Warehouse Church in Aurora Illinois. I have accepted this honor with reverence and prayerfully strive to help others come to a deeper understanding of God's love for them. I'm privileged to serve alongside Randy & Dave, and pray that God continues to guide His people through our service as elders/pastors. I'm also the communications specialist/bookkeeper/office guy (administrator?) at Warehouse Church, where I've been on staff since 2010 it's truly a blessing to be able to serve God's people. I volunteer with the Oswego Illinois Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association where I'm blessed to serve my community in a real way at local events working alongside our "thin blue line." I am a police chaplain serving all Kendall County agencies with the Kendall County Association of Chiefs of Police Chaplaincy Program. In addition to this I am a U.S. Army veteran, and serve our community as Post Chaplain of The American Legion, as Squadron Chaplain of Sons of American Legion, and as Chaplain of the Fox Valley Veterans Breakfast Club. |
